The chopstick rest elegantly completes the set, making it an ideal gift.

The four colors – the glossy black of Setoguro, the natural melting white of Shino, the deep and subtle green of Oribe, and the warm yellow of Kiseto – are the traditional colors of Mino ceramics passed down for over 1,000 years.
They are perfect for enhancing the ingredients of Japanese cuisine.

MINO POTTERY

The Mino region is recognized as Japan’s foremost ceramic production center. With a history of over 1,000 years, it has developed a great diversity of pieces suited to the styles of each era.

Among Japan’s 15 traditional craft styles, four types – Setoguro, Kiseto, Shino, and Oribe – stand out for the balance of their colors and have become emblematic of Mino ceramics.
Continuing this tradition inherited from the time when it was affectionately nicknamed "Hyôgemono" (meaning "objects full of charm"), we offer tableware designed for everyday modern use, to be passed down to future generations.

Discover the beauty of Mino ceramics, which have accompanied Japanese tables for over 1,000 years, through the combination of ancient and contemporary techniques, clay, and glazes.
Immerse yourself in the aesthetic world of the Heuge style through this collection.

The four emblematic colors of Mino ceramics – the glossy black of Setoguro, the natural and melting white of Shino, the deep and sober green of Oribe, and the warm yellow of Kiseto – have been passed down for a millennium.
They are ideal for enhancing the ingredients of Japanese cuisine.
