Y&Sons is a specialty shop and creator of men's kimono offering a custom tailoring service. Wearing a kimono is an art that requires time and practice, and the brand has reinvented the traditional garment into a creative and avant-garde outfit to wear daily.
The fabric of the kimono is made in the city of Katakai in Ojiya, Niigata Prefecture. Kuzushi is a traditional Japanese hatched pattern composed of alternating lines based on the sangi pattern (sangi are wooden counting sticks used in Japanese mathematics, or wasan, developed during the Edo period).
