USE & CARE

To preserve the efficiency and keep it over time: rinse after each use with soapy water and shake it well to remove most of the water. Let it dry with the bristles downwards.

IT ALL STARTED A CENTURY AGO...
George-René Julio, the future husband of Andrée Jardin started his apprenticeship of brush making in the city of Nantes, near the slaughterhouses of Talensac, where brush and broom makers purchase their raw materials. In 1947, he opened his own manufacture.
Over the decades, they got specialized to custom made brooms for the industry. The advent of plastic and the beginning of globalisation started depreciating what was called "articles de Paris" : hair brush, toilet brush, toothbrush, makeup brush, clothes brush, brush for household, broom,...
THE REVIVAL OF "REAL BROOMS"
Today, over a hundred years later his grandsons, Jean -Baptiste and François -Marie decide to reissue the legendary brooms using French beech timber. They asked Brosserie Julio that still perpetuate the centennial tradition of brush industry : the work of the bristles is based on many generation experience and nothing could replace humain skills to obtain an exclusive quality.
