Table clock by Yuchi Nara for Lemnos. This table clock in pure maple wood was designed with the twelve numbers arranged in a circle within the rectangular clock frame.

It is clear but delicate to melt into any interior. You can simply place it on a shelf or enjoy it in a cluster of framed artworks.

It can also be used as a wall clock.

Lemnos

STUDIO LEMNOS
Lemnos who usually calls on the reknown Japanese designers has also established his own design studio.
AN OLD MANUFACTURE
First the name of Lemnos. It was chosen by Hiroshi Takata in reference to the Greek island Lemnos, home of God Hephaistos, God of craftsmen. Lemnos was a brass and metal manufacture before working with Seiko Clock co., ltd. (the well-known clocks and watches SEIKO) in 1966. They supplied the mechanisms and other pieces to Seiko.
In 1988 Lemnos started developing his own products with a unique and original design.
CRAFTSMANSHIP AND DESIGN
All products are thouroughly made by high skilled craftsmen in Japan. The materials are highlighted to offer innovative and timeless clocks. « A clock not only indicates time, it is a masterpiece of craftsmenship and design. It is not like a fading fashion, it is timeless.» H. Takata.
