FUROSHIKI 50x50 cm - TSURU by HAMAMONYO.

A FUROSHIKI is a square piece of cloth traditionally used in Japan for carrying and wrapping things. It is back today as an alternative to plastic and paper bags.
Multi-fonctionnal, it adapts to many shapes. You can therefore use it to wrap a bento box, a half bottle, few books, etc... Fold it and stash away when not in use. Here is a bag that will replace the others!

Ideal for gift wrapping and thus introduce to your entourage this zero waste practice in a most delicate way!

  • Dimensions 50 x 50 cm
  • 100% cotton
  • Traditional weaving that ensures a remarquable strength.

Each FUROSHIKI contains, by the pattern, a different message.

TSURU is the Japanese red-crowned crane, very popular for its beauty, it is above all a symbol of good fortune  and longevity. This pattern takes over the Senbazuru legend that says that if you make a 1000 cranes in origami, your wish will come true...
